Background & Composition
With a groovy melody and a hip rhythm, the song expresses the rough mindset having gone experienced by J.Fla. At some point in her life, she realized that I was very self-critical. Each mistake she made meant the entire world might collapse on her. She was able to overcome this moment with a new mindset through which she reaches out to herself, by saying: Let me get excited to find out what the future holds for me. But for now, let me make today and everyday as the happiest day of my life.
This song is the signature of this determination.[1]
Lyrics
Original lyrics (English)[2]
If you think you are doing well You should be proud of yourself If you think you are messing up Just move on you know If you plan to do anything Just give it a go you know If you have things to try Go for it until you are sick of it
When no one believes in you You should trust yourself When loneliness crawls up to you You should just let it be What's the most important thing is you carry on, stay happy With a little heart flutter for a better day
If you have someone you love Please don't hide your feeling Even when someone breaks your heart Revenge is never to go for Even when you don't know anything You can always start from somewhere If you have things to try Go for it until you are sick of it
When no one believes in you You should trust yourself When loneliness crawls up to you You should just let it be What's the most important thing is you carry on, stay happy With a little heart flutter for a better day
